Frosted film is a type of adhesive or non-adhesive plastic film, usually made from PVC (polyvinyl chloride) or PET (polyester), that has a translucent, etched, or sandblasted appearance. It is applied to glass or acrylic surfaces to create a frosted, matte, or opaque effect while still allowing light to pass through.
